# How to divert calls on BT Mobile

The short answer

On BT Mobile, dial **61*, then the number to divert to (with +44 in place of the first 0), then #, to divert calls not answered after 15 seconds. Use **67* when your phone is engaged, **62* when it's switched off, or **21* for every call. Dial ##002# to switch off all diverts.
