# How to divert calls on iD Mobile

On iD Mobile, set up call forwarding in your phone's settings: choose when unanswered, when busy and when unreachable, and enter the number to forward to. iD Mobile says call forwarding to a standard UK number uses your allowance, and forwarding to voicemail is free.

## On an iPhone

- 1Open Settings, then Phone (on newer iOS, Settings > Apps > Phone).
- 2Tap Call Forwarding and switch it on.
- 3Tap Forward To and type the number we give you.
- 4Go back to save it. A phone icon with an arrow at the top of the screen shows forwarding is on.
- 5To stop, switch Call Forwarding off again.

## On Android

- 1Open the Phone app, tap the three-dot menu, then Settings.
- 2Tap Calls (on some phones: Supplementary services or Calling accounts), then Call forwarding.
- 3Choose when to forward: when busy, when unanswered or when unreachable. Always forward sends every call.
- 4Enter the number we give you and tap Turn on.
- 5To stop, go back to the same screen and turn each option off.

## What it costs

- Call forwarding uses your allowance if the call is forwarded to a standard UK number. Non-standard numbers are charged at their standard rate.
- Call forwarding to voicemail is free.
- On Pay monthly, if you go over your allowance, calls to UK mobiles and 01, 02 and 03 numbers are 40p a minute.

## Worth knowing

- On an iPhone, the Call Forwarding switch sends every call, so your phone will not ring. For "only when I don't answer" forwarding, use your network's codes if it publishes them, or ask your network to set it up.
