# How to divert calls on Vodafone

The short answer

On a Vodafone Pay monthly mobile, dial **61* then the number to divert to (with +44 in place of the first 0), then #, to divert calls you don't answer. Use **67* for when you're busy, **62* for when your phone is off, or **21* for every call. Dial ##002# to cancel all diverts. On Pay as you go, Vodafone only lets you divert to voicemail.

Replace [number] with the number we give you, with +44 in place of the first 0. For example, 0141 123 4567 becomes +441411234567. You'll get a pop-up message when it's on.

- 2Dial **67*[number]# so calls also divert when you're on another call.
- 3Dial **62*[number]# so calls divert when your phone is off or out of signal.
- 4Ring your mobile from another phone and let it ring out to check it works.

## What it costs

- On Pay monthly, diverted calls come out of your minutes. If you have no minutes left, or you're roaming somewhere you can't use your plan like at home, standard call charges apply.
- On Pay as you go, Vodafone only allows diverts to voicemail, so you can't divert to another number.
