Today we launched its new website at [www.bpsfootball.org.uk](https://www.bpsfootball.org.uk). Like most volunteer-run groups, the club needed a site that stays current without anyone becoming "the website person". So the club can send us updates, and we keep the site up to date. ## What's on the new site - **News** from the club, so parents can see what's happening - **Festivals and events**, with dates and venues in one place - **Tournament pages** that link straight to live scores and schedules on Tournify - **Saturday bookings** through the club's existing Class for Kids page - **Coaches and community** pages, including how to get involved as a volunteer It's built to work well on phones, so parents can check what's on wherever they are. ## Kept up to date for the club The club can send us news and event updates, and we keep the site up to date. No code, no logins to remember, and nothing to break. For a volunteer-run club, that matters. Volunteers can spend their time on the football, not the website. ## Built with care for children's photos A children's club website has to handle photos properly. On this site: - a photo only goes live once **photo consent** is confirmed - **location data is removed** from every photo before it is published - **sponsors and partners** only appear once they have agreed to be listed These checks are built into how the site is published, rather than left to someone remembering. ## Have a look You can see the site at [www.bpsfootball.org.uk](https://www.bpsfootball.org.uk), and there's a short summary of what we built in the [recent work section on our homepage](https://brightray.co.uk/#recent-work-heading).
