Over time, not always: at £99 a month a 12-month term costs £1,188, and minimum terms of 12 to 24 months are common — one local plan only hands the site over after 24 months, and some take it down if you stop paying. A one-off £500 site you own, plus our optional £25/month care plan, comes to £800 in the first year and you can cancel the care plan at any time.
