How to divert calls on EE
The short answer
You can divert calls on EE in two ways: from your phone's call forwarding settings, or by calling 150 and choosing option 1, then 2, then 4, then 1. EE says diverts must be set up on the phone itself, not by customer services. A diverted call to a UK landline or mobile comes out of your plan's minutes like a normal call.

Using EE's automated menu
- Call 150 from your EE phone.
- Choose option 1, then option 2, then option 4, then option 1, and follow the prompts.
- To remove a divert, call 150 and choose option 1, option 2, option 4, then option 2.
On an iPhone
- Open Settings, then Phone (on newer iOS, Settings > Apps > Phone).
- Tap Call Forwarding and switch it on.
- Tap Forward To and type the number we give you.
- Go back to save it. A phone icon with an arrow at the top of the screen shows forwarding is on.
- To stop, switch Call Forwarding off again.
On Android
- Open the Phone app, tap the three-dot menu, then Settings.
- Tap Calls (on some phones: Supplementary services or Calling accounts), then Call forwarding.
- Choose when to forward: when busy, when unanswered or when unreachable. Always forward sends every call.
- Enter the number we give you and tap Turn on.
- To stop, go back to the same screen and turn each option off.
What it costs
- Diverting to voicemail is free for EE Small Business customers.
- A call diverted to a UK number is charged at your plan's call rate. If calls to that number are in your allowance (a landline or mobile), it comes out of your allowance like a normal call.
- Diverting to a number outside your allowance, such as an 08 number, is charged. Roaming charges apply if you divert while abroad.
Worth knowing
- On an iPhone, the Call Forwarding switch sends every call, so your phone will not ring. For "only when I don't answer" forwarding, use your network's codes if it publishes them, or ask your network to set it up.
