How to divert calls on giffgaff
The short answer
On giffgaff, turn on call forwarding in your phone's settings and enter the number to forward to. On Android you can choose when busy, when unanswered or when unreachable. If you can't set it up on the phone, giffgaff says one of its agents can do it: they need the number and which option you want.

On an iPhone
- Open Settings, then Phone (on newer iOS, Settings > Apps > Phone).
- Tap Call Forwarding and switch it on.
- Tap Forward To and type the number we give you.
- Go back to save it. A phone icon with an arrow at the top of the screen shows forwarding is on.
- To stop, switch Call Forwarding off again.
On Android
- Open the Phone app, tap the three-dot menu, then Settings.
- Tap Calls (on some phones: Supplementary services or Calling accounts), then Call forwarding.
- Choose when to forward: when busy, when unanswered or when unreachable. Always forward sends every call.
- Enter the number we give you and tap Turn on.
- To stop, go back to the same screen and turn each option off.

- Give them the number to forward to.
- Tell them which option you want: all calls, when busy, when you don't answer, or when you're unreachable.

- If you use more than one SIM, pick the right SIM before you switch call forwarding on.
- On an iPhone, the Call Forwarding switch sends every call, so your phone will not ring. For "only when I don't answer" forwarding, use your network's codes if it publishes them, or ask your network to set it up.
