Can you divert calls on Lebara?
The short answer
Not to another number, as far as Lebara's own help goes. Lebara's device guides only cover diverting calls to your Lebara voicemail. We haven't found any Lebara page that explains forwarding to another number, so don't plan on diverting a Lebara number to an AI receptionist without checking with Lebara first.

What you can do instead
- Give customers the number we set up for your receptionist: on your website, Google Business Profile, van and quotes.
- Or move your mobile number to a network that allows diverts. In the UK you keep your number when you switch network.
- Ask Lebara directly whether forwarding to another UK number works on your plan.

Can I divert my Lebara number to an AI receptionist?+

You can still have an AI receptionist: give customers the number we set up for you, or move your number to a network that allows diverts.
